These terms govern your use of Geography — World Literacy App ("Geography", "the App"), published by SupportU, LLC ("we", "us").

Acceptance

By downloading or using Geography, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Geography is a premium educational app that teaches world literacy through daily sessions of curated content. The App requires an active subscription or lifetime purchase to access content beyond the initial trial period.

Subscriptions & Purchases

• Free trial. New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial of the annual plan. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Annual subscription. Auto-renews at the listed price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime purchase. A one-time, non-refundable purchase granting permanent access.
• Payment. All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not handle payment information directly.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. Refund requests must be directed to Apple per their App Store refund policy.

Content

All content in Geography — including text, data, and visual elements — is owned by SupportU, LLC or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Account

You may use Geography with or without an account. If you create an account via Sign in with Apple, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account.

Disclaimers

Geography is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Educational content is for informational purposes and may not reflect the most current geopolitical developments. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupportU, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
